Octuplet mom interested in reality show

Octuplet mom interested in reality show
Nadya Suleman also tells In Touch she hates the name ‘octomom’
In Touch Weekly
“I felt like a stranger in my own home,” Suleman said of the volunteer nurses she eventually fired.
Nadya Suleman and six of her octuplets are photographed together for the first time on the cover of In Touch Weekly.
In the photo, Suleman appears surrounded by sleeping newborns Isaiah, Noah, Nariah, Maliah, Makai and Jeremiah.
The other two babies, Jonah and Josiah, remain in the neonatal intensive care unit at the Kaiser Permanante Medical Center in Bellflower, Calif.
“They just need a little more time to develop and grow and tolerate food,” hospital spokeswoman Beth Trombley told In Touch.
The accompanying piece details the conflict between Suleman, who has fought to raise all 14 of her children on her own, and the concerns of TV shrink Dr. Phil McGraw and attorney Gloria Allred.
“These babies should be placed in foster care,” Gloria Allred, an attorney for Angels in Waiting, which provided free nursing service to Nadya, tells In Touch. “There they would receive the individualized care that the babies need and deserve.”
Suleman admits in the magazine interview that her babies’ homecoming was a “total fiasco,” She had a “meltdown” and fired Angels in Waiting on March 22 after she accused them of spying on her.
“I felt like a stranger in my own home,” the 33-year-old single mom says. “I felt ostracized. I felt excluded. I felt as though every time I tried to hold the baby, feed the baby, they were waiting for me to make a mistake.”
Last week, Allred told TODAY that Suleman is more interested in cameras than the babies.
“There’s only a few hours beyond the time when the cameras were rolling that she actually came into the nursery when she was there to care for her babies, and that’s wrong,” Allred said on March 25.
According to the magazine, Suleman is interested in a reality show as soon as sons Jonah and Josiah leave the hospital.
The magazine quotes an insider who says a deal is in place for her to be filmed 24/7. “It’s about Nadya trying to raise 14 children while looking for love,” the insider explains.
One condition: no more calling her “octomom.” According to the magazine, Suleman hates the moniker, and has been assured it won’t be part of the reality series’ title.
The In Touch article also addresses questions about Suleman’s sanity. Some of her neighbors in La Habra, Calif., are convinced she needs psychiatric help. “I really can’t believe anyone can be that screwed up in the head,” Debra Collins tells the magazine.
Adds another neighbor, Gloria Beck, “The woman is completely nuts. She thinks she’s famous. She doesn’t know that people are laughing at her, that she’s a freak.”
The issue is available on newsstands April

Wheel-chair Robber rips off Condoms
DALLAS - A wheelchair getaway at a 7-Eleven has police looking for an unusual robbery suspect. Authorities said Friday that a man in a wheelchair entered a Dallas convenience store this week, rolled straight toward the cash register and began hitting it with a baseball bat.
But he didn't grab any cash. The suspect instead stole 10 boxes of condoms and an energy drink before making his getaway Wednesday afternoon, Dallas police Cpl. Kevin Janse said.
Janse said the culprit may have been homeless and probably intoxicated at the time.

This is Crazy, Alabama says Guns not Dildos

Alabama law makers have enacted a new law that will ban the sale of dildos and vibrators in the state, however, it is still legal to sell guns on street corners. Is there really anything else that needs to be said about this?
This may seem like a fine line law to you, but as a current law student, I know there are always gray areas. Just you wait until someone invents the ‘dildo gun’. I can’t wait to see the court debates on that one!

Suspect in pregnant teen death had baby obsession
Suspect in pregnant teen death had baby obsession
PITTSBURGH - A woman accused of slicing open a pregnant woman's belly and taking her baby was obsessed with getting an infant and even had hallucinations of hearing babies cry after a February 1990 miscarriage, according to court records.
A few months later, Andrea Curry-Demus stabbed one woman in an apparent plot to steal her newborn; the next day, she kidnapped another baby from a hospital.
Curry-Demus, 38, of Wilkinsburg, just east of Pittsburgh, was charged Sunday with homicide, kidnapping and related offenses in the death of Kia Johnson, 18.
Johnson's decomposing body, with her wrists and ankles bound by duct tape and layers of tape and plastic covering much of her head, was found Friday in Curry-Demus' apartment. A day earlier Curry-Demus had taken the baby to a hospital, claiming first that she was the mother and later that she paid for the child.
Authorities say the two women met at the Allegheny County jail on July 15 while visiting different inmates.
Efforts to determine if Curry-Demus has an attorney have been unsuccessful and no hearing has been set on the current charges.
Court records for Curry-Demus' 1990 criminal cases paint a picture of a woman apparently unable to deal with the loss of her own child in her seventh month of pregnancy. She was 21 at the time, and told authorities she also had miscarried at age 12.
"While she admitted committing the offenses, she had great difficulty in verbalizing her feelings or motivations other than to mention the loss of her own child due to a miscarriage several months prior to the present offenses," according to a presentence report prepared for the two criminal cases.
According to court records, Curry-Demus visited Magee-Women's Hospital in Pittsburgh in the spring of 1990 and she befriended a woman who had recently given birth there.
They exchanged numbers and Curry-Demus called the woman a few days later, telling her she wanted to visit the baby and bring some clothes. She spent the day with the woman, her husband and the new baby and even asked to stay overnight.
The woman wasn't comfortable with that and a jitney was called for Curry-Demus in the early morning of May 5. While the woman was looking out the window for the jitney, Curry-Demus grabbed her from behind and stabbed her in the back. Curry-Demus fled when the woman called for her husband.
Hours later, Curry-Demus visited another hospital and met a young mother whose 3-week-old baby was being treated for meningitis. The next day - May 6 - several nurses saw Curry-Demus at the hospital and later noticed the baby was missing.
Police located Curry-Demus by tracing calls made from the hospital to Curry-Demus' mother. The baby was recovered unharmed.
Curry-Demus pleaded guilty in January 1991 to kidnapping, concealment of the whereabouts of child and related offenses and was sentenced to 3 to 10 years in state prison for taking the baby from the hospital. She also pleaded guilty to aggravated assault in the stabbing case and received 10 years' probation. She was released in 1998.
While awaiting resolution of the 1990 cases, Curry-Demus was twice briefly committed to a state mental hospital. An examination found her to be "in the midst of a major depressive episode." She also reported auditory hallucinations - that she kept "hearing babies cry."
She was found competent to stand trial, but also diagnosed with major depression and a mixed personality disorder. She graduated high school, but tests showed she had a "borderline intelligence level."
Johnson's funeral will be Friday in McKeesport, her family announced. In obituary information provided by a funeral home, the family said Johnson volunteered with the Salvation Army, helping with the homeless and day care.
The family has named her son after her: Terrell Kian Johnson.

Witch-Craft and Witch Doctors
The witch doctor holds an exalted position in the community and holds sway over his fiefdom with his rituals. They ‘smell-out” the suspects and look for ‘evidences” and force them to confess and identify other witches. Evidences may happen to be an innocent record with names of people in it, bones, stones, candles, snuff, and potions. They determine if these have been used for witchcraft – by performing rituals.
Tortured, the hapless suspects are forced to point out other “witches,” hoping to be spared, but no pardon is granted. Whether they confess or not, they are doomed, including the “unsuspecting” innocent villagers. Once the list is drawn, all is lost and the carnage begins. More than 23,000 “witches” in South Africa have been lynched and the number is still rising.
Come to think of it, the witch doctor does the very same thing a village witch does. Only he or she has been “trained” for the vocation. They dress in appointed ancestral colors, dispense advice, concoct unguents and brews for healing, and offer sacrifices to appease the spirits. They are also in-demand to find husbands and reverse fortunes. Thus, the witch doctor assumes a powerful hold over the community. .
Such power has led to the abuse of their position............. .............Lilyruths"This and that friendly cottage" Pets welcomed. "Old folks remedies, to cure what ailes you.. Do you believe in Magic Spells?

Are you one who believe in Magic Spells? I love the best of all - the really, REALLY old and primal ones. And is there anything more primal than fire spells?
Consider this: For how long have human beings made fires, and looked into the flames, watched the smoke ascend to the heavens, and send their prayers, their wishes, hopes and dreams to rise and be heard?
Consider this.
For how long have human beings made fires, and looked into the flames, watched the smoke ascend to the heavens, and send their prayers, their wishes, hopes and dreams to rise and be heard?
It is a truly extraordinary sensation to tap into this kind of thing, an overwhelming powerfield of the ages that makes magic now, and real, and so very much more than just messing around with a little love spell, now and then.
In essence, this is extremely simple, like so many of the really ancient and primal magic rituals are; but in practice, and if it is done with the right frame of mind, there is very little that could be more powerful, or more profound.
All you need to perform the ancient fire spells is any kind of safe surface, or container; it could be anything at all, even a bowl filled with sand, and it doesn't have to be big, or even outdoors.
The fire bowl I use for indoor, table top fire magic at night is no larger than a cereal bowl, made of brass and stands on three legs, which helps to not burn the table. If you have a smoke detector in the house, it would be a good idea to turn it off before you start. There is also merit in opening a window, for how else will the smoke rise to the heavens and carry your prayers, or intent?
Next, we need something to burn.
collect twigs from certain trees, tiny little pieces which dry quickly and burn easily. Different kinds of wood flavour the smoke differently, and it is fascinating to experiment and learn for yourself how the scents and flavours of different woods affect your mood and visions.
We may then also consider to add some herbs to burn - sage, rosemary, bay leaves, lavender, pine needles, leaves from a eucalyptus tree - the choice is really completely endless. I would suggest to start with what you can find naturally in your environment, be this out of doors, in your garden, or your local grocery, which often sells different kinds of herbs.
Fire Spell Step 1:
Simply light the fire, look into the flames and think about what you want to say to the Gods, or what you would ask of them. Think about it deeply and let the flames hypnotise you.
Fire Spell Step 2:
With a small fire in a bowl, the flames will burn out soon enough, and then you have glowing embers. It is at that point you add the herbs, and it is then that the smoke will begin to rise powerfully, and that's when you state your intent or say your prayer.
You could say, for example:
Hear me, wise ones, old ones, those who dwell above;
Hear my call and hear my voice, hear my prayer:
Send to me the blessings of joy, of happiness, and of love.
if you would let words simply come to you as you were looking into the flames and thinking about what it was that you wanted. When things come from the heart, and in the moment, that's the most powerful state for magic there is.
Fire Spell Step 3:
Basically, that's all you have to do.
If you wanted to, you could add an offering to the powers that be as a sign of respect and gratitude, such as burning some special herbs such as tobacco; some people add a gift of a few drops of rose oil, frankincense or even liquor for the offering.
This is an optional step because the gift you gave was to light the fire in the first place and make contact with the powers that be; they appreciate your sincere attention more than anything, and a meaningful, "Thank you for listening" at the end or words to that effect is quite enough to seal the spell.
More Fire Spell Ideas
The variations on the basic fire spell set up are pretty limitless, as are so many things in magic.
One variation is to write short messages on small pieces of paper and burn them during the smoke stage of the fire spell. These messages can be actual messages to loved ones far away, loved ones in the spirit world, notes of gratitude for blessings received, wishes for the World, or requests for items or qualities that you might miss in your life.
Fire purifies as well as transmutes; so you can also use the fire stage to for example burn photographs of people who you want out of your life, or write their names on a piece of paper and burn that instead. Likewise, you can write down things you don't need or want and let that be burned up in the flames.
* Remember: It isn't the words on the paper, or the pictures themselves, that make the spell happen, but it is YOUR INTENT in regards to this object or person that powers the fire spell.
In conclusion fire spells are amongst my favourite kinds of magical activities. It really gets you close up and personal to the magical inheritance of mankind across all the ages, all the cultures, everywhere in the world and is an extremely powerful way to communicate with the spirit world, and the worlds and dimensions above and below

Iranian Official Cites Barbie Doll Threat

Lilyruths"This and that friendly cottage" Pets welcomed. "Old folks remedies, to cure what ailes you.. Theres weird and Bizarre articles and funny pictures. Its a weird place with strange facts or whatever I come across on the web....Just like this article : A top Iranian judiciary official warns against the importation of Barbie dolls and other Western toys, saying they are "destructive culturally" as well as a threat to the identity of the nation's young people. "The displays of personalities such as Barbie, Batman, Spiderman and Harry Potter ... as well as the irregular importation of unsanctioned computer games and movies are all warning bells to the officials in the cultural arena," the letter said.
Najafabadi said Iran was the world's third biggest importer of toys, and these smuggled imports posed a threat to the "identity" of the new generation.
"Undoubtedly, the personality and identity of the new generation and our children, as a result of unrestricted importation of toys, has been put at risk and caused irreparable damages," he said.
Authorities launched a temporary campaign of confiscating Barbie from toy stores in 2002, denouncing the un-Islamic sensibilities of the iconic American doll. The campaign was eventually discontinued.
That same year, though, Iran introduced a competing doll—the twins Dara and Sara, who promoted traditional values with their modest clothing and pro-family stories but they proved unable to stem the Barbie tide.
In 1996, the head of a government-backed children's agency called Barbie a "Trojan horse" sneaking in Western influences such as makeup and revealing clothes.
Barbie is sold wearing swimsuits and miniskirts in a society where women must wear head scarves in public and men and women are not allowed to swim together.
Joining Barbie on the official's list of toys that pose a "social danger" are those featuring the personalities of Batman, Superman, Spiderman, and Harry Potter.

Senior Moment or True Memory Loss?
Here’s How to Recognize the Difference
Ever walk into a room and forget why? Forget where you put the keys? Fail to remember someone’s name?
Age-related memory loss is normal for everyone. We all begin to lose some memory sometime in our 50s. In fact, the ability to recall new information can begin to slip even in our 40s.
The same is true for your loved one who may be forgetting even the simplest of things these days. Memory will naturally slip more—and more often—in late life, especially after age 75 when the process of remembering takes more time. Yet those lapses in memory aren’t necessarily a sign of Alzheimer’s disease or dementia.
Research indicates that older individuals may become more easily distracted than younger ones making it more difficult to stay focused, and giving the appearance of memory loss.
What’s more, a younger person who forgets a name or can’t find the right word will likely shrug it off. An older adult in the same situation may worry that he or she is "losing it." Researchers say that fear of "losing it" may itself cause memory issues.
I'm okay, you'r...who again?
It's common for people of all ages to forget from time to time. Forgetfulness can be described as not being able to remember something at a specific time, but the memory usually returns later.
Normal forgetfulness may include:
Recent memory loss that affects job skills.
Difficulty performing familiar tasks.
Problems with language and difficulty putting coherent thoughts together.
Repeatedly misplacing things and putting them in inappropriate places.
Changes in mood or personality.
Dementia is not a disease itself, but a symptom that accompanies another disease. Alzheimer's disease is the most common dementia-causing illness affecting almost 4 million people in the U.S. It disrupts the normal signals between brain cells and forms abnormal and toxic proteins called "plaques" that destroy surrounding cells.
Could it be something else?
There are other less serious and potentially reversible causes of memory loss that often affect older people. A thorough medical exam is necessary to diagnose them. Here are some potential causes to discuss with a physician:
Thyroid deficiencies. Low hormone levels from the thyroid gland can cause memory loss.
Anemia. A red blood cell deficiency results in lower-than-normal oxygen levels in the blood, which can trigger fatigue, loss of concentration, and memory lapses.
Depression. A form of mental illness that affects nearly 20% of seniors, depression can induce feelings of worthlessness, fatigue, loss of concentration, and memory lapses.
Nutritional disorders. Malnutrition or over-nutrition may affect memory.
Head injuries. Trauma from a fall or accident can cause memory impairment and other memory associated problems.
Brain tumors. They produce swelling and can impair memory.
Strokes. These small leaks in the brain's blood vessels or blockages of blood flow can starve oxygen in the brain, causing paralysis, speech impairment, and memory loss.
Perhaps the biggest, reversible cause of memory loss is due to medications. The average American senior takes five different prescriptions and three nonprescription medicines or supplements daily. Some drug interactions can cause memory loss.
To compound the problem, individuals who have numerous health problems often see different doctors who may not be fully aware of their patients' prescription intake. It's important to share your loved one's entire prescription profile with every physician and keep each healthcare provider apprised of any changes
What's to be done?
Some amount of memory loss is inevitable for all of us. But as a caregiver, there's a lot you can do to help slow the decline and even reverse some loss in your loved one.
Instilling positive lifestyle habits is the best measure for protecting memory. This includes ensuring your loved one receives a healthy and balanced diet, and takes the right nutrients and vitamins-vitamins C, E, B6, B12, and folate-which can help protect the brain.
Finally, both physical and mental exercises are crucial to a healthy mind. Be sure your loved one benefits from some form of appropriate exercise, like walking or aqua-fitness. Then take time to play some board games, solve puzzles, or learn a new skill or hobby together. Doing so will empower your loved one, and keep you both sharp in the days ahead!

Old Folks Remedies- Neck Stiffness
If your like me you spend alot of hours on your computer and sometimes get neck stiffness, here are some old folks remedies that are good for neck stiffness that you can try out when you get neck stiffness ..
Stretch your calves as your neck muscles are actually linked to your calves through interconnecting musculature called fascial trains
Or try Stopain:
I found a pain spray called Stopain and it
has the ingredients Glucosamine, MSM, and Boswella. It also has Menthol. I have found this to be extremely helpful. It comes in a roll on too. I use it for back pain, joint pain, and headaches.
Pain in the neck
You can't move your head. It's really annoying because you can't even drive your car right. You feel like your walking around with one of those neck braces on, you have to move your whole body to look to the right. Ouch! Man it hurts.
Anyway, normally what helps is this cream called IcyHot, you could get it at a local pharmacy. You put some on your neck and rub it in till you can feel the heat.
Do that before you go to bed and wrap a wool scarf around your neck for the night. If you get it real bad, might be a good idea to do it several times a day.
A real hot shower seems to help as well.
Give these Old Folks Remedies a try next time you are expierencing Neck Stiffness and let me know if they were helpful.

Old Folks Remedies for Stinky Feet

I've had success with Listerine. I reasoned that if it "kills germs that cause bad breath," it may well k.o. the ones that cause stinky feet as well. I applied Listerine all over my clean feet and wiped out the insides of my shoes as well (be sure to allow time for the shoes to dry out). At the end of the day when I've removed my shoes, feet and shoes have still been odor free.
Another Old Folks Remedy:
Isopropyl alcohol helps stinky feet. Apply with a cotton ball after each shower.
Twice a day, get a shallow basin, insert feet, and pour enough FULL STRENGTH WHITE VINEGAR over feet to completely wet them (though I use more, a half cup should do it) and let them soak for a few minutes. Tell your daughter to wiggle her toes and use one foot to wet the other.
Remove Feet (DO NOT RINSE) and throw away the used vinegar.
Dry.
Breathe Deeply.
*I got athlete's foot when I was a kid. When we would drive home from Boy Scout camping trips I could NOT remove my boots in the car.
I tried everything available in the 1960s & 70s including:
Desenex Cream/Liquid/Powder
Gentian Violet tablets (to make a soaking bath)
Tinactin
Grisactin/Giseofulvin tablets
Mitchum Antipersperant (to prevent sweating and smelling).
Nothing worked.
When I became a doctor, I still had the worst athlete's foot--and foot odor--I had ever encountered. My feet sweated, itched and bled.
When my mother suggested the vinegar, I began soaking. At first the deeply fissured areas burned but the itching stopped almost immediately.
In addition to making an inhospitable environment for fungi, vinegar seems to act as an exfoliant. The mascerated (perspiration--logged) areas between my toes began to slough off and I helped it by using a washcloth wrapped around my finger to scratch, dry and debride the web-spaces.
As the deadened tissue was replaced, the slouging all but stopped, but I still intentionally rub off the loose skin on my feet when I dry them.
Today, I have pretty, odorless feet, and it even helped my toenails.
If your daughter decides to try this, you may want to rinse out her tennis shoes with vinegar to kill the fungi I suspect are growing there.
If she has leather shoes that should not be exposed to vinegar, try taking them to a local bowling alley. They may have UV lights that they use to kill germs on bowling shoes.
The main thing is to cycle her shoes regularly so that she is only wearing dry ones.
I hope this helps her.

Good Ole Folks Sex and Humor

Lilyruths"This and that friendly cottage" Being as this blog is about a little of this and that, I decided to hopefuly put smiles on your faces or maybe even bring out the laughter in you. I hope you all enjoy tis bit of humor... The husband leans over and asks his wife, “Do you remember the first time we had sex together over fifty years ago?
We went behind this very tavern where you leaned against the back fence and I made love to you.”
“Yes, she says, “I remember it well.”
“OK,” he says, “How about taking a stroll around there again and we can do it for old time’s sake?”
“Oh Charlie, you old devil, that sounds like a crazy, but good idea!”
There’s a police officer sitting in the next booth listening to all this, and having a chuckle to himself.
He thinks, “I’ve got to see these two old-timers having sex against a fence. I’ll just keep an eye on them so there’s no trouble.” So he follows them.
They walk haltingly along, leaning on each other for support aided by walking sticks.
Finally they get to the back of the tavern and make their way to the fence.
The old lady lifts her skirt and the old man drops his trousers.
As she leans against the fence, the old man moves in.
Suddenly they erupt into the most furious sex that the watching policeman has ever seen.
This goes on for about ten minutes. Both are making loud noises and moaning and screaming. Finally, they both collapse, panting on the ground.
The policeman is amazed. He thinks he has learned something about life and old age that he didn’t know.
After about half an hour of lying on the ground recovering, the old couple struggle to their feet and put their clothes back on.
The Policeman, still watching thinks, this was truly amazing. He thinks, I’ve got to ask them what their secret is.
As the couple passes, he says to them, “Excuse me, but that was something else. You must’ve had a fantastic sex life together. Is there some sort of secret to this?”
The old man says, “Fifty years ago that fence was not an electric fence. ”

Notes From Beyond the GRAVE
As puffs of white dust are thrown into the air the front line spectators cough and retreat a little, brushing the powder from their coats, before returning to catch more of the action as the huge drill penetrates the ground.
German parliament, usually concentrating on reform of the country's accident insurance laws rather than treasure hunts, says there is reason to believe he may have the key to unlock one of the most tantalizing mysteries of the war - what happened to the Amber Room?
Two months ago the mayor was approached by a part-time treasure hunter, Christian Hanisch, who had heard of his 12-year quest to find the "Bernstein Zimmer" and handed him some documents which gave new impetus to the search.
Caskets
Notebooks support local historical reports of how, as part of "Operation Sundown", German military convoys delivered heavy sealed caskets and hid them in a network of copper and silver mines in the Ore mountains on the Czech-German border on April 9 1945, in the final weeks of the war.
Monika Pach concentrates intently on the scene. "My Siegfried always said there was treasure to be found here," said the pensioner. Siegfried, a history professor and the local historian until his recent death, also possessed documents supporting the claim that diamonds and gold lay in the man made cave.
"We used to receive death threats from people wanting to know where the treasure was," she said, "so the documents are now kept in the safe in the town hall so that I can sleep at night."
Mr Haustein is one of thousands of treasure hunters who refuse to believe the Amber Room - which experts say would be worth around €350m (£263m) today - is no more. He has pumped tens of thousands of euros into the search for it. What if he does indeed find it?
"It's not a case of finders keepers," he said. "It would belong to the state but the resulting tourism would be a gift.
"I would love to see it handed back to the Russian people and maybe in return they would give the village just enough reward money to build a new school."

ThunderCats Sountrack Petiton

ThunderCats Soundtrack Petition
My Friend Clare has a petiton on her site and she needs your signatures so I hope you all will go and give her your support, I did. JUst click on the link and it will take you to the petition...The ThunderCats The Movie team have just signed an online petition and we ask you to do the same. The ThunderCats music was composed by Bernard Hoffer and is absolutely fantastic as you all know. A ThunderCats fan named Sonia has managed to get her hands on the complete music cues for the first 65 episodes of the show via Bernie himself and she’s been trying for the last 7-8 years to get Warner Bros to release an official ThunderCats soundtrack.
A petition has been set up to make this happen, please sign it here… ThunderCats Soundtrack Petition
Many thanks to you all. ThunderCats, hooooooooo!

Boy calls 911 after Mom Chokes on Chip
WORLAND, Wyo. - A 5-year-old kindergartner is being credited with saving his mother's life when he dialed 911 after she choked on a potato chip. Mathew Rissler dialed 911 at 8:22 p.m. Monday. He said he learned at school how to dial the emergency number.
His mother, Sandy Rissler, said she was eating nachos when a chip got stuck in her throat during a sneeze.
"Mathew came downstairs and said, 'Mommy? Mommy, are you OK?' and I shook my head no," she said. "And then he asked, 'Do you need help?' and I nodded my head yes."
Rissler said she handed her son the telephone.
"Then he said, '911?' and I nodded my head yes."
He talked to the 911 operator, opened the door for two police officers and led them to her, she said.
An officer performed the Heimlich maneuver to dislodge the chip.

Weird and Dumb

Tuesday, February 12, 2008
BREMERTON, Wash. - Credit unions accept deposits - just not of methamphetamine. A woman who allegedly dropped an envelope containing money and a bag of meth at a Kitsap Credit Union was arrested and charged with drug possession, according to court documents.
A bank employee reported the deposit to police, who contacted the 18-year-old customer. Officers said she might have mistakenly included the bag when she got money out of her pocket for the deposit. Source: Web News
