Feeling tired? this will perk you up

When you feel tired most of the time all you need is just a multi vitamin. One a day, take the right one for you. They make them for kids, women and men. Take it in the morning with your coffee. you will feel a difference if you skip a couple of days.
Another remedy to try is just drink lots of plain water, you might go to the restroom more often but it will help you feel better.

We are advised to drink 8 glasses of water everyday. I'm not sure whether it has been supported by research but a friend shared that it is beneficial for our body if we can drink one big glass of water on an empty stomach when we wake up.

yes jesie drinking water is good for our system becuse it clears it up and gets rid of all the toxics. Everyone should drink water everyday. Thanks for your comment jesie.
