Sometimes, if you turn them over on their side, it helps for a little while. Or put a lumpy pillow in their back to make them sleep on their side always. If they snore really badly, they may need to see a doctor about sleep apnea.

Sleeping is really important. Even a short, 20-minute nap can energize us body, good for half of the day. Plus, it really feels good to sleep and relax, right? :D
